JSI: Where the evidence lies!
ABBGS is launching a new program this December for 6-8th graders who are
highly interested in the sciences, show aptitude for math and science, but
have little or no experience working in a laboratory environment. Fourteen
graduate students and post docs will mentor these middle-schoolers for one day.
Between 10am to noon, these curious junior scientists will shadow their mentors in lab
as they are introduced to the exciting possibilities of research in biological sciences.
In addition, the middle-school students will also tour the
Genome Sequencing Center at the Washington University Medical School
